The commitment to sustainability goes beyond construction: around 100 photovoltaic panels will guarantee significant energy autonomy, charging stations will be installed for electric vehicles and conscious consumption of resources will be promoted, encouraging guests to adopt ecological practices through small gestures rewarded with discounts or vouchers.

With an estimated cost of €8,200,000, about half of which has already been financed by European funds, it represents an excellent investment opportunity in the sustainable tourism sector in Portugal.
