Lua Ciasca is a social media specialist with over six years of experience in the marketing field. 
With a strong background in video editing, filming, scriptwriting, social media and design, she brings creativity and versatility to every project. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and Italian, Lua enjoys working across cultures and markets. Outside of work she has a passion for photography and travelling, which continues to inspire her creative approach.

Originally from the United Kingdom and now living in Lisbon, he joined the company’s Marketing department in 2025. A native speaker of English, Isaac also speaks some Portuguese and outside of work, he can be found reading, cooking, or in a cinema. He brings his professional background in academic publishing and writing to the team, and with it, a keen eye for detail, language, and voice. With these skills, Isaac helps the Marketing department produce the engaging, original, and innovative content that makes Harland & Poston Group one of the most trusted voices in international real estate.

Maisa Sobrinho is a content specialist at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Lisbon headquarters. Born in Angola, she moved to Portugal to pursue her studies and found a passion for writing.  She is currently completing her degree in Information Technologies, bringing both technical understanding and creativity to her work. With enthusiasm for content writing, she values clear communication, attention to detail, and building genuine connections through thoughtful and engaging written content.

Hélica Borges is a bilingual professional fluent in English and Portuguese, with a strong background in administration, customer service, and financial analysis. She has held key roles at TAP Air Portugal, Montepio Crédito, and ASAE, where she developed a reputation for reliability, punctuality, and excellent time management. Having lived in Portugal, France, and Cape Verde, Hélica brings a global perspective to her work, where her versatile skillset proves a plus for Portugal Homes and the Harland & Poston Group.

Luís Couto is a Finance Supervisor at the Harland & Poston Group, working from our Lisbon Office in Portugal. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Luís holds a degree win Accounting and Administration, with a specialization in Auditing Expertise, and has leveraged his skills and knowledges to build a successful career. His previous experience includes working as an auditor, as  a certified accountant in the construction and pharmaceutical industry, as well as a senior accountant in the shipping services market. Luís describes himself as a resilent and adaptable person, always eager to take new challenges head-on. He consistently demonstrates an ability to quickly learn and deliver results in dynamic environments. 

With nearly 20 years as an accountant and a background in Accounting and Administration, Pedro Ferreira has worked in an accounting office, led teams in hospitality and construction, and specialised in accounts payable. He has also done freelance work as a web developer, adding programming, database migration, and reporting skills to Portugal Homes part of Harland & Poston Group. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Pedro excels in accounting, analytical thinking, and process optimisation. His strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure efficiency and accuracy. He continuously seeks to refine financial processes and strives for operational excellence.

Alfred joins our team as a Telemarketing - Property Advisor, bringing extensive experience as a Sales Manager in B2B sectors, including real estate, advertising, and investment products. With a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Alfred excels in problem-solving, sales planning, and communication. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin, he uses his cultural insight to build strong client relationships. In his spare time, Alfred enjoys video games, reading, building models, and listening to rock and pop music.

Elizabeth Fernanda Da Cruz is an Administrative Support at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Lisbon headquarters. With a background in the tech world and data science training, Elizabeth has worked at a French software start-up, where she contributed to the development of a new mobility solution in Angola. She was part of the team that launched an in-app feature to help passengers request larger vehicles for Christmas grocery shopping. Having lived in Angola, Canada, and Namibia, Elizabeth is fluent in Portuguese and English. Her persistence and fast learning abilities make her an invaluable member of the operations team, ensuring efficiency and growth.

If you want to have a conversation with José, you can choose if you would like to have it in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish. Being a polyglot will definitely serve him well as our Hospitality Manager, and so will his great experience and excellence with guest services, event planning and health and safety compliance.

Born and raised in France, José has also lived in the United Kingdom. Here in Portugal, he has lived in Lisbon and Ericeira, and is now in the Algarve, where we will take very good care of one our developments with his emotional intelligence, operational knowledge and attention to detail. As someone that truly loves what he does, in his free time, José likes to learn about hotel trends, as well as consuming content related to design. José also enjoys reading, travelling and having great gastronomic experiences. He balances it all off by practicing cross-fit.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Management Accounting. Prior to becoming Administrative Support at Portugal Homes, she gained valuable experience as an accounting assistant, secretary administrator, and receptionist. These roles honed her exceptional organisational skills, which are an asset to our team. Rachelle also possesses strong abilities in office administration and customer service, making her a reliable and efficient team member. She is adept at implementing valuable protocols and procedures, ensuring smooth operations. Rachelle works from our Lisbon headquarters, providing vital administrative support to our team at Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group.

Alice Andrade Dos Santos is a vital part of our administrative team, bringing a strong background in recruitment, HR, and assistant roles. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Alice has lived in the USA, Brazil, and Portugal, which has given her a broad and adaptable perspective in her work. With a degree in Human Resources, Alice excels in organization, multitasking, and maintaining empathy in all her interactions. Her ability to adapt to different challenges makes her an essential support system for our team in the Algarve. Outside of work, Alice finds joy in reading poetry, spending time in nature, and drawing, activities that reflect her creative and thoughtful nature. 

Ibrahim Abiodun Ojewumi brings a diverse background to our telemarketing team, with experience spanning from chemistry laboratory science to electrical engineering, sales, and now property advising. Originally from Nigeria, Ibrahim moved to Portugal in 2023 and has been living in Quarteira since then. With a B.Sc. in Pure and Applied Chemistry, Ibrahim excels in creating positive impressions and building relationships quickly. His ability to connect with people and his diverse professional experience make him a valuable asset to our team. In his free time, Ibrahim enjoys reading, coding, and playing chess. 

Marta Stojanowska brings a wealth of experience to our team as a seasoned Property Manager. Fluent in Polish, English, and Dutch (Flemish), Marta's diverse language skills complement her international work background, making her a vital asset in managing properties across different cultural landscapes. With a career spanning several countries, Marta has gained her expertise in property management through key roles in renowned organizations in Poland and innovative startups in Belgium. Now, in Portugal, she leverages her extensive technical and operational knowledge to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, always with a customer-oriented approach. Outside of work, Marta enjoys cooking and baking, bringing the same level of passion and precision to her kitchen as she does to her professional life. 

Lília Carvalho Silva serves as an Administrative Support at Harland & Poston Group, based at our Lisbon headquarters. Fluent in Tetun, Portuguese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, Lília’s multilingual capabilities and international experience enhance our company’s diverse and dynamic environment. With a strong background in travel arrangements and customer service across Timor Leste, Macau, Portugal, and Turkey, she demonstrates exceptional adaptability and multitasking skills. Lília’s attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively are further strengthened by her academic achievements, including participation in the Erasmus Mundus 2022 programme and the TLYFP extracurricular activity. Her broad skill set makes her a highly valued asset to the team.

Shahbaz Asghar joins Portugal Homes to reinforce the After Sales department. His past experience from studying at ACCA and working in Property Management, Leasing, and Sales in the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom make him more than ready to take on the role of Property Manager. Originally from Pakistan, Shahbaz is a multi-skilled individual who speaks 4 languages fluently, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, while dabbling in Arabic too, and relies on transparency and communication as the key tenets to ensure an excellent relation with his clients. When he is not working, you can probably find Shahbaz either watching or playing football. 

João Santos is a Portuguese national with a background in the hotel & tourism sector services, along with cabin crew training. João enjoys exceeding clients' expectations, helping our Portugal Homes clientele achieve their needs in the best way he can. In João's spare time, he dedicates time to the non-profit association for ocean preservation with group beach clean-ups.

Christian Chririnos is originally from Venezuela with previous experience in client care and as a manager. Christian is incredibly proactive individual, he enjoys finding solutions to his clients as a property advisor in Portugal Homes. Recreationally, Christian loves to play guitar and practice martial arts. 

Born and raised in Lisboa, Tiago is PortugalHomes’ new Content Marketing Executive. Though Digital Marketing is a new field of work for Tiago, he has always had a vested interest in learning about everything and is eager to discover more about the business. A graduate in Translation studies, Tiago is proficient in English and French, having previously worked as a real-time interpreter, assisting people in obtaining the help they need. He has always loved writing, and this extends beyond content marketing and into the realm of fiction. An avid reader, Tiago hopes to one day publish his own book. 

Nidia has past work experience in the Real Estate Industry and has worked for the United States of America Federal and State Laws while living in Boston, Massachusetts. Nidia will be an incredible asset to Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group with her professional experience in International Tax Laws, especially when assisting clients with particular inquiries as a Property Advisor in our Telemarketing department. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and in her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, cooking and reading.

Portugal Homes is thrilled to announce Keith Poston as our new Real Estate Developments Manager, where he will work closely with the Project Development and Construction Department. Keith brings over 16 years of experience in retail, project management, sales, and operational management.

Originally from the UK, Keith has extensive expertise in customer service, product knowledge, sales strategy, and planning—skills essential for driving our company's Project Developments. In his free time, Keith enjoys indulging in sports, whether playing or watching football, snooker, or golf. He also values spending time with friends and family.

Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group is thrilled to have Miguel Curto as our in-house Data Analyst in the Marketing department. Miguel is a multidisciplinary individual, who is not only data-driven but has past professional experience in marketing, content writing, development, social media campaign adverts, and Google Analytics. He is proficient in Mandarin, English and Portuguese; and has lived in China while completing general studies in Translation. Outside of communication and data, Miguel is an avid lover of music! He enjoys producing music, playing guitar and listening to new tunes. 

Portugal Homes welcomes the new Senior Graphic Designer José Soveral,  a skilled professional, with a deep understanding of aesthetic design. His unique tech skills make him a great addition to the Digital Marketing team. His life story starts in Angola and comes to Portugal, where he acquired his graduation and post-graduation in Strategic Brand Development. José has an extensive experience in advertising and has worked in Portugal and Angola for national and international clients, always looking for the perfect solution. Besides the always healthy “dolce fare niente” - or sweet art of doing nothing -, he also enjoys hanging out with friends, reading, scribbling, learning new things on the internet, and being on-site with people.

Teresa Cherry Pinto holds a role at Portugal Homes After Sales Department as After Sales Supervisor. With extensive experience in Real Estate Management and Mediation, Teresa holds a Diploma from the Council of Real Estate Agents. She is fluent in English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Portuguese. Before moving to Lisbon, Teresa lived in South Africa and Madeira (Portugal) for three years. Her expertise and international experience are valuable assets to our team, ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Teresa works in our Lisbon headquarters at Harland & Poston Group, supporting the Already Home Department.

Gonçalo is part of the Portugal Homes After Sales Department, providing property and investment advisory along with ultimate client care on finding the very best real estate investment in Portugal. Gonçalo is originally from Portugal, and has lived abroad in Brazil; he has past work experience in a wide variety of industry sectors ranging from retailing & sales, to assisting in the food & beverage industry, and as a protective service worker, serving as a lifeguard. Outside of work, Gonçalo enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and cooking. 

Joanne Smith is the department head of After Sales and Operations at Portugal Homes. In her role, she highlights the comprehensive services offered to clients purchasing property in Portugal, including Property Management, Tax Representation, Furniture Packages, and Leisure Concierge. With a background in hospitality and retail management, Joanne has honed her expertise in delivering exceptional client care. A natural leader, she empowers and nurtures her team for ongoing success and growth. With South African and British roots, and being bilingual in English and Afrikaans, Joanne brings valuable international diversity to the company, making her a significant asset to the team.

João Bosco’s real estate career began in 2006, spanning markets in Spain, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Italy, and Brazil. Since joining Harland & Poston Group in 2017, João has contributed significantly to Portugal Homes' success, offering premium property investments and ensuring satisfied investors. As Regional Manager, João combines his vast expertise in the Portuguese market with his experience as an investor himself to provide insightful advice on investment options. His in-depth knowledge and diverse market experience make him a key asset to clients seeking guidance. João works as a real estate specialist in the Harland & Poston Group’s Lisbon office, Portugal.

Fábio Jardelino is a Brazilian journalist, passionate about writing and communication studies. In the past, Fabio worked covering stories for newspapers and magazines, mostly regarding sociology, politics, and economics. He has already lived in countries such as Argentina, Cuba, Belgium, and Poland, but now has settled in Portugal for good. Currently, he is finishing his PhD in Communication Studies, focusing on the Political communication field.

His journalist background and previous experience writing articles for several news publications, along with having lived in several countries, are some of the reasons why he is a valuable addition to our Digital Marketing team.

Benjamin is originally from Wales in the United Kingdom with a professional and academic background in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, B-tec Advanced, and dedicated customer service certifications. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their investment goals which will be a great asset to the Property Advisor Team. In Benjamin´s downtime, he loves exploring different cultures and spending time socializing.

Paul, originally from Scotland, has extensive international experience, having lived in Southeast Asia, Spain, and now Portugal for several years. With a strong professional background in banking, sales management, and business development, he contributes valuable expertise to the Harland & Poston Group’s Advisory & Investment Team as an Investment Advisor. Clients appreciate Paul's professionalism, transparency, and dedicated guidance throughout the investment process. His comprehensive knowledge of the Portuguese real estate market enables him to advise high-net-worth investors effectively, identifying prime opportunities in property investment.

Mark, originally from Bristol in the UK, has lived all around the globe, including the Netherlands, before settling in the Algarve. Native in English and proficient in Dutch, Mark excels at finding the best properties in the Algarve, tailored to his client's needs. With a strong background in customer service, Mark combines his passion for fitness and outdoor life, exploring Portugal's stunning coastline by bike and on foot. He works as a Global Real Estate Lister at Harland & Poston Group’s Lisbon office, specialising in property investments in both Portugal and Greece, offering clients expert advice and bespoke property solutions.

Hugo is a highly valued member of Portugal Homes Already Home Department, known for his drive, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and with some knowledge of Spanish and French, Hugo completed his studies at the Cambridge School with top grades. Born and raised in Portugal, he has also lived in China, France, and the USA, bringing a global perspective to his work. Hugo is our main Interior Designer and Furniture Support team member within the Property Management & Services Department at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Lisbon headquarters, where he ensures outstanding client service.

Stefanie, a native of Vancouver, Canada, brings extensive expertise in residential and commercial interior design, print and digital design, social media content development, SEO, and communications to Harland & Poston Group. She joined the company in 2021 as a Content Marketing Executive and quickly advanced to Design & Social Media Marketing Manager. Stefanie’s strong creative flair, combined with her proficiency in art direction and design, has played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s brand visibility and expanding its online presence. Known for her visual creativity, Stefanie consistently finds innovative design solutions that help elevate the business and drive its growth.

António is a full stack web developer from the north of Portugal, who loves photography and video editing in his free time. He speaks fluent Portuguese and English, and considers himself to be a resilient and persistent person, which allied to the values of communication and teamwork that he gathered in his previous working experiences, will help him to fit well into the Portugal Homes digital marketing team.

Luís is fluent in Portuguese and English and joined our company to add value to our Construction department as well as our clients. He has worked in various countries such as Brazil, Angola, Malawi and Mozambique, working in multiple constructions projects, managing and supervising works and finding solutions for complex problems.
When he's not working loves travelling, various sports and getting to know new cultures.

George has been working in Portugal for the past 6 years, during which time he successfully ran his own property brokerage in the Algarve. Now part of the Portugal Homes team, George brings all his experience and energy to help our clients make the best investments.

Simon began his professional journey as an Officer in the British Army before transitioning into a successful career as a serial entrepreneur, building a portfolio of thriving businesses. Currently, he leads the Investment Advisors team at Harland and Poston Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in the property market. For the past 15 years, Simon has been regarded as one of the most successful property brokers in Portugal.

Ryan is from Sunderland, UK. His experience in sales dates back to 1999 as an Energy Advisor. Since then, Ryan has gathered plenty of expertise and knowledge in investments in several sectors, like the Solar Industry and Developments in Australia. Now in Real Estate at Portugal Homes, Ryan makes use of all his experience to best advise you on your investments.

Margarida is an integral part of the Harland & Poston Group, serving as a Manager in the After Sales Department. With six years of experience, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient organisation of a range of services provided to clients, including Property Management, Tax Representation, and leisure concierge services. Margarida’s role is essential in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service to meet the diverse needs of clients. Based at our Lisbon headquarters, she consistently ensures that the services clients have purchased are carefully managed and executed, showcasing her dedication and expertise in her field.

Daniela Xarepe has been with Portugal Homes, part of Harland and Poston Group, since its inception at Avenida da Liberdade 49. She began her job experience in various roles in administration and assisting, and eventually, she found her true passion lay in numbers. Daniela specializes in accounting, auditing, and financial management, making her role as Head of Accounts extremely important in keeping the business smooth sailing at all times.

Kate has an outstanding understanding of the European real estate market. This expertise enables her to oversee and train a multilingual team that assists, informs, and guides clients from over 35 different nationalities. She and her team are often the initial point of contact for clients of the Harland & Poston Group’s brands. Kate’s knowledge and experience ensure that every investor receives an excellent start, whether investing in Portugal, Spain, or elsewhere in Europe. With a background working at top levels in some of Europe’s largest real estate companies, we are thrilled to have her on our team.

Andreia is a vital team member, known for her positive attitude and solution-oriented approach. Hailing from northern Portugal, she moved to Lisbon to study at one of the capital’s top universities, beginning her career in the real estate industry in 2015. Her journey with the Harland & Poston Group began as a Senior Business Analyst at Portugal Homes. Now, as the Business Development Director, she oversees the Project Development and Construction department for the Harland & Poston Group.

Verónica has been working in real estate for the past seven years and is integral to every aspect of the company. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she has played a key role in helping establish one of Lisbon’s leading real estate companies. As Operations Director, Verónica’s dedication and drive ensure that our staff consistently deliver the highest standards to our clients. Born in Switzerland to a Portuguese father and Chilean mother, her diverse background and passion for excellence are central to her success. 

Gary has been working in real estate since 2005, accumulating extensive knowledge of global markets and investment strategies. His experience has taken him to Dubai, Germany, and Cyprus, and he has now returned to Portugal, where his journey began. After successfully negotiating hundreds of property acquisitions over the past 15 years, few professionals can match his level of expertise or offer a better working experience.
